How It Works

Step 1 / Listening

We learn your brand story, objectives, victories, and vision.

In a kickoff meeting, we absorb your (or your client’s) short and long-term goals for upcoming branded or unbranded content. If there is a product central to the upcoming campaign, we learn any key details about the product messaging, education, and future. Above all, we take this opportunity to learn how you aspire to connect with your current and future patients.

Step 2 / Connection

Through pre-interviews, we get to know your patient and make them comfortable with our process.

Often clients find it helpful to introduce us to patients and families you wish to feature in your campaign in advance of filming. We typically conduct short pre-interviews through phone calls or Zoom meetings, so participants can get to know us, understand the question flow for in-person filming, ask logistical questions, and grow comfortable with the process.

Step 3 / Collaboration

In collaboration with you, we focus the subject matter to prepare for filming.

Following our pre-interview and prior to rolling cameras, we connect on a final question flow, visual concepts, and editing and delivery logistics. This is a great opportunity to reflect on any questions from patients or families being featured, and any engaging concepts that arose from the pre-interview.

Step 4 / Production

We film your patient in empathetic interviews and capture intimate, moving b-roll, and collect archival photos, home movies, and more.

Our production team travels to your patients, and films key interviews in their home, office, HCP office, and/or other predetermined locations. Additional materials are collected while following your patients to relevant life events, doctor or therapeutic appointments, and in comfortable family settings.

Step 5 / Editing & Refinement

We edit and refine the Patient Story video together, to meet your objectives and deadlines.

Our post-production team provides you with transcripts and preview links to review all material while we simultaneously begin light editing and project organization. We can work off of a provided script or create a recommended script to your specs. We don’t limit edit rounds, we refine until you love the work and your legal & regulatory team approve. Finally, we deliver the video(s) to your specs, on your timeline.
